Waterproofing Elastomeric Coating

Hy-Tech elastomeric wall coating is an energy saving, insulating paint, designed for exterior surfaces. This ceramic filled insulating paint dries to a rubber like, elastic coating with ultraviolet ray reflectivity that will reflect heat away from the painted surface while providing a waterproofing thermal blanket of protection.

Hy-Tech Elastomeric coatings are superior to conventional paints due to the thick rubber-like ceramic shield of protection which features outstanding adhesion, flexibility, long lasting ceramic durability and water sealing characteristics.

Hy-Tech Elastomeric bridges hairline cracks, and it expands and contracts with temperature variations helping to prevent future hairline cracks.

While it prevents the penetration of wind driven rain, it also allows moisture vapor within the substrate to escape without blistering or peeling the paint.

Hy-Tech Elastomeric wall coating insulates, soundproofs, is chalk resistant, offer superior mildew resistance and has excellent color retention.

Elastomeric wall coatings are an excellent product for asbestos and lead paint encapsulation, reducing excessive heat on the surface of high temperature pipes, storage tanks, metal buildings, air conditioning and heating ducts and equipment.
Two coat application of 10 mils per coat is equal to 5 coats of ordinary paint.

Ceramic pigments outlast conventional paint pigments which are soft and irregular in shape. Their round hard outer shell makes paint flow smoother.

An excellent choice for concrete and stucco structures which are prone to cracking such as stucco and wire lath construction, foam board and stucco, concrete block structures, poured in place and pre formed concrete.
